Official-source company verification

Company verification built around attributable evidence

Check company identity, registration and applicable VAT evidence through supported official sources, with every result kept separate and reviewable.

SENTINEL routes the identifiers you provide to applicable official company registries and tax services. It then normalizes the returned facts without hiding unavailable sources or turning missing data into a negative finding.

Verification workflow

A controlled route from identifier to evidence.

  1. 01

    Enter the strongest identifier

Select the jurisdiction and provide a registration or VAT number where available.

  2. 02

    Check applicable official sources

Registry and tax responses remain distinct, timestamped and attributable.

  3. 03

    Review the evidence record

Inspect the normalized entity, source states and limitations before making a decision.

Evidence guide

What this check means in practice.

01

What should I enter?

Choose the jurisdiction first. A company-registration number is the strongest input for a registry check; a VAT number answers a separate tax-registration question.

02

What can the result confirm?

Depending on the source, the record can confirm a returned legal name, registration number, registry state, address or VAT validity at the recorded check time.

03

How are sources counted?

Sources Confirmed counts completed evidence integrations that support the result. Reference-only coverage such as BRIS is displayed separately and is not counted.

04

What if a source is unavailable?

The source is marked as a technical issue or unavailable. SENTINEL does not convert an outage, timeout or missing field into a negative company conclusion.
